Here's how I do weddings: simplified.
Wedding flowers come with so much variety and terminology it’s easy to feel intimidated. I’ve grouped them based on your needs for easy matching to my rate card, while you can find out more about my working process below.
As I work with all couples personally, I do not take more than 12 full-service weddings per year. When enquiring, do indicate your wedding date to check for availability and fill out all form fields to properly set your design direction.
Personal florals
These are your bouquet, groom and parents' boutonnieres. If you’re doing a bridal party shoot, posies or groomsmen boutonnières come in useful too.
Shooting a pre-wed, ROM or just keeping it simple with just the bouquet? Cart out online and enjoy free delivery, boutonniere optional. Smaller preserved-dried bouquets start from $155 and are perfect for long shoots if the style suits.
I also offer an actual-day package discount: $465 for bridal bouquet, 5 pin boutonnieres and loose hair florals. All fresh bouquets come in a vase for easy care and storage. Drop me a note with your preferred colour palette and any required add-ons!
Venue decorations
These are floral backdrops, floor hedges, pedestals or table flowers that complement a venue. Intimate and fun settings are my favourite to dress and I especially enjoy letting guests take home the flowers after each wedding.
In order to ensure sufficient variety and scale in flower types, set-up is available only for venue purchases above $1850. If you're keeping things minimal, you may opt for one-way delivery of certain items such as floral hedges or table centrepieces.
For reception table props, photo gallery stands, wedding signage and more- I partner with Jo, a trusted calligrapher, over at 95co where we curate these items for rental and DIY set-up. 5AM venue brides often enjoy a combined, discounted set-up service.
Build Your Own Venue Package
My rates are itemised and modular so you only need to take what best suits your event. A minimum venue purchase of $1,850 allows me to flower for intimate weddings while maintaining my expected creative quality and lush flower variety.

SET-UP FEES
Normally $280-365 depending on scale, this ancillary cost covers my van driver to and fro and does not count towards a venue minimum.
Shifting averages $95 (same location) to $480 (different location, direct shifting). Please note this may increase if storage and extra trips are needed between venues.
RECEPTION RENTALS (From 95co)
I often recommend 95co for wedding prop rentals in Jo's clean, chic style. Think ang bao boxes, welcome signs and photo gallery stands designed for quick assembly at your venue.

How does the floral planning go?
I book for time and scale with a deposit of $500.
My rates are tiered by scale so that we can be aligned on what you’re getting for your budget.
Colour Palettes
After booking, I’ll view your Pinterest board, saved pictures or descriptions and advise what would work for your theme. As a custom florist, I work off your preferred colour palette.
As I work mostly with seasonal flowers, we can’t lock down exact types but I’ll definitely include some favorites plus avoid those you don’t like, which is just as important.

Wedding florals are very straightforward so you’re free to reply at a preferred pace or timeline. I’ll usually check in and confirm everything, along with payment remainder, 3-4 weeks prior to your date when schedules have been settled and details are more firmed up.
