Lush green lawn pre-sunset, peacocks and birdsong optional. Colonial houses as the backdrop for cocktails. Finished with fusion food for dinner in an intimate setting - this is what A & T envisioned for their wedding, and they had it all.
We peppered the green lawn with hedges - to first guide T and her parents down the aisle, then to welcome A and T back for their first march in as newlyweds amid petal confetti showers. And of course, a round centrepiece arch at the end of the aisle to symbolise their union.
While T's bouquet was more classic with cascading white orchids, she wanted to make sure that the pastel colours she loved stood out in the lawn. Cue lush garden roses in hues of pink, even peach and some hydrangea blues.
Outdoor wedding venues are Singapore's ultimate big risk, big reward but this couple came prepped with the cutest customised fans for each guest and got the weather of dreams. That sparkle in T's eye below? She was hiding a surprise serenade of "Until I Found You" for later.
